Joe came to T.D.A.H. 15 years ago after being unemployed for about 10 years due to a serious car accident that left him in a wheelchair. He had been run off the road coming home from his job. Joe is a terrific person and a great worker. He has had many job duties over the years of his employment, he does each and every one with great pride.
